Terms and conditions
Here at Beauty Haus, we want both our clients and our staff members to feel safe and confident in our business. We do our best to protect your rights and guarantee our services. We follow our policy strictly in order to ensure fairness; this means that we unfortunately cannot be flexible when it comes to our policy, no matter the circumstances.
1.1 Refund Policy
We will do our best to rectify any issues that occurred during or after the service. Please understand that we are not obligated to refund any part of the service. We will not provide a refund if you have changed your mind regarding the service or product during or after.
If you have paid for the service(s) and/or product(s) and have exited the premises without notifying a staff member of your dissatisfaction, we will consider that you are satisfied with the results. We cannot be held liable for any refunds, full or partial, from that point onwards.
Refunds will not be given out for returns of physical products bought from the business. If there is a problem with the product within a plausible time frame, we will replace it for free.
1.2 Rights to Refuse Service
Beauty Haus' staff members have the right to refuse service or halt the service at any point. We do not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff members, and will be obligated to involve legal authorities if necessary.
1.3 Repairs
For services related to gel polishes, BIAB, acrylics: these services are guaranteed for seventy-two hours, dating to the start of your appointment. Within this time frame, if any problems occur please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair. If you are unable to attend within the time frame, please still inform us and book an appointment at your most convenient and it will still be a complimentary repair.
Unless specified, please arrive for your repair within our trading hours. Failure to do so will allow our employees to close the shop until the next working day.
We will not be held liable for any breakage, infections, or damages after you exit the premises.
1.4 Allergies and Health-related Conditions
Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies that may interfere with the service so we can ensure that we tailor our service to meet your needs. You will be required to fill a form detailing any facts we need to be aware of before we begin any services.

We cannot be responsible for any damages caused from the use of our products if you have failed to inform us of any allergies beforehand. For cases where the allergy was unknown, we will stop the service immediately and will advise you to seek medical attention. Please alert our staff members immediately if you have concerns, if you feel any discomfort or if you are feeling unwell.
1.5 Appointment dates and time
Please ensure that you arrive on time to your designated appointment time. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to continue with the appointment if you arrive more than ten minutes late, and therefore reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule the appointment for another date and time.
This is to ensure that all our clients receive the correct length of time for the services that they have paid for, and to ensure that our staff members can put in their full effort into delivering the service to the highest quality possible.
1.6 Reviews
Beauty Haus is always open to accepting compliments and constructive criticism. For feedback, please let us know through email or our website form located on our home page and we will consider and/or implement the feedback given. If you have any issues or concerns, please let us know at the time of occurrence or through our contact details, preferably in detail and with evidence if possible. We will do our best to rectify the situation in this scenario.
